If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, notify the office by phone or email 24 hours prior. If an appointment cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $60 fee (not covered by insurance companies) will be charged.
For self-paid clients, the late cancellation fee is equivalent to your session’s rate. In the event no show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full session amount (not covered by insurance).
